The following course enrolment forms must be completed and returned to the college by all registered students. Please download the form relevant for your course selection. You can do this by right-clicking on one of the items below and choosing Save Target As. These forms can be completed electronically and returned via postal mail to the adress above, or via email to the Registrar (registrar@harvestbc.com.au).
