Students may enrol at either of the two semester intakes (February or July). Applications will be processed prior to the commencement of the semester. Applicants must conplete the registration form and provide all the information requested. A complete academic transcript of secondary school studies should be enclosed (if one is unavailable, complete high school reports).
To enrol at Harvest Bible College, applicants need to meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age (parents or guardian's and faculty permission is required for younger students), and
- have been a committed Christian for at least 12 months prior to applying, and
- their application must be endorsed by their pastor.
Satisfactory completion of a year twelve course of study at a secondary college, in accordance with the requirements of the State Department of Education, conducted by the Australian state authorities for university entrance of similar examination ,or the overseas equivalent of high school graduation is required.
mature age entry:
Academic entry requirements may be waived for applicants of mature age (twenty-one years of age and over) and who meet Harvest Bible College's requirements and ability, experience or spiritual standing.

Assessment may be undertaken by various means including, but not limited to, written assignments, exams, oral presentations and ministry based training.
